- Generally meet the same time and same day of week for the duration of the contract
- Assignments are given for clients to complete between phone calls

Three Month Program
- Up to 8 people per group
- Calls are 45 minutes once per week for a total of 12 sessions
- Generally meet the same time and same day of week for the duration of the contract
- Assignments are given for clients to complete between phone calls
- 10% discount for payment in full
- Investment $675.00 per quarter - Register and pay here
Six Month Program
- Up to 8 people per group
- Calls are 45 minutes once per week for a total of 24 sessions
- Generally meet the same time and same day of week for the duration of the contract
- Assignments are given for clients to complete between phone calls
- 10% discount for payment in full
- Investment: $1,350.00 every six months. Pay in full up front: $1,215.00 - Register and pay here
Twelve Month Program
- Up to 8 people per group
- Calls are 45 minutes once per week for a total of 48 sessions
- Generally meet the same time and same day of week for the duration of the contract
- Assignments are given for clients to complete between phone calls
- 10% discount for payment in full
