I. Hourly
This is a three-hour total session. This includes the assessment package consisting of two (2) sciences, The Talent Insights, an in-take form, and two hours to debrief the assessments. The third hour will be scheduled upon completion of the assessments debrief.

II. Three-Month Program
This program provides a smoother, more consistent coaching experience. The program includes:
1. Our most powerful set of assessments, the TriMetrix HD consisting of five (5) sciences.
2. An in-take form
3. 13 Hours of coaching
4. The two best ways to find a job.
5. Processes designed to cut job search time by half.
6. Preparing for interviewing – videotaped critique sessions with the ten most difficult interview questions, behavioral questions, and others. The number of video sessions depend on the length of the coaching program the client selects and discretion of coach and client.
7. Job search skills for a quicker and more targeted position search
8. Enhancing self-appreciation and confidence
9. Improving decision making
10. Life planning
11. Goal setting
Note: If a position is secured during your coaching program, our focus will turn to your first 90 days to ensure success in your new position and career building.
Total Investment: $1,675.00 Payment plan available.
To enroll in this program, please send an email to diane@perfomstrat.com A payment plan is available and you will be invoiced for $675.00 1st payment; $500.00; 2nd payment; and $500.00; 3rd payment all payments USD. No coaching will begin until payment is secured for each month.
III. Six-Month Program
